William B. Blew III graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rhodes College in Memphis and has his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville. Bill had 25 years of legal experience both as an attorney and a state trial court judge in Oklahoma before moving to Indiana at the beginning of 203 to continue his practice here. After hearing Ken Sande, founder of Peacemaker Ministries, speak at a local conference, he began the transition to a full-time reconciliation practice. bill is nearing his designation as a Certified Christian Conciliator by the Institute of Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker Ministries. Bill and Julie have four children and are now experiencing what it means to be grandparents.

Allen D. Meyer, Ph.D. has practiced or taught psychology for over 20 years including practicing mediation. He received his doctorate from IU and was on the psychology faculty of Taylor University for ten years and produced thousands of diagnostic evaluations for various state and private agencies. Allen has been trained in Christian conciliation through the Peacemakers Ministry. He is married to Diane and they have two children.

Missy Irvin has a degree in psychology from Purdue University. She is active in the Marriage and Family Ministries at her local church and she leads the adult enrichment programs at the YMCA. Missy's passion is to see marriages thrive, not just survive. She is a happily married mother of three. In addition to spending time with family and reading, Missy enjoys doing personal marriage mentoring, teaching classes on the Five Love Languages, and speaking at conferences on marriage and family-related topics. Missy has been trained in Christian conciliation through the Peacemakers Ministry.
